Returns & Exchange Policy
We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from CAPESTORM and strive to offer you excellent quality, value and service at all times. If you wish to return an item for exchange or you have decided not to keep it, please return it to us noting the following conditions:
- All products returned will be inspected prior to refund or exchange.
- Products must be returned with their original packaging and labelling.
- Proof of Purchase is required for all returns.
- Items must be returned within 30 days to qualify for a refund.
- Where a promotional product or offer has constituted part of the purchase, the promotional product or offer must also be returned.
- Underwear cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, due to hygiene reasons.
- Returns will be refused in the following circumstances:
- Where the product has been tampered with or altered in any way.
